As a proud new owner of the Amazfit Bip 6—my very first smartwatch—I can confidently say it’s an excellent device. I chose the Bip 6 after a detailed conversation with ChatGPT, and after using it for two months, I’m genuinely impressed by its balance of functionality, simplicity, and battery performance. It’s everything I hoped for and more.
The battery life is outstanding. With basic functions enabled—continuous step counting, heart-rate measurements every 30 minutes, automatic sleep tracking (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.), and daily notifications from email, Amazon, eBay, text messages, WhatsApp, plus phone call alerts—the watch comfortably lasts about 16 days, going from 80% down to 20%. Even with regular use, it consistently holds a charge for more than two weeks.
Of course, GPS tracking uses more power, but even then you can still expect about a week of use between charges. The GPS is very accurate and provides a detailed map of your route. In addition to the Zepp app, you can use companion apps such as GPX viewers to see elevation data alongside your recorded route.
Overall, the Amazfit Bip 6 is a fantastic choice for anyone who wants a reliable, easy-to-use smartwatch with exceptional battery performance.
